DELHITES AT MULTI RISKS DUE TO AIR POLLUTION
During 'Very Poor' Air Pollution (AQI >300<400) and with activation of GRAP 3rd stage. people in Delhi suddenly becomes Polluters and Violators (read Criminals to Humanity) paying at least Rs. 20000/ challans for each action they were legally doing a day before. This is beside suffering due to critical Respiratory and Chest problems and need to queue up in OPDs and ICUs with fat dent in purses. Poor suffers the most. Tempo drivers, Labours and Daily Wage Earners get the maximum. Construction (except for Major infra and renovation of Lutyn Delhi) is stopped with thousand either facing police actions or idling for a month. Diesel transportation is banned. This year buses and Taxis from NCR towns are not allowed to enter Delhi adding trouble to daily users and those going to Railway Stations, Airports etc. School children as well teachers in spite of online classes find their education and daily schedules grossly upset.
