  Is God a Reality or a Concept ? Day in and day out. All over the world , wherever there is human race , there is God , in one or the other form and way. Now that I am an Indian Hindu , most of my illustrations or presentations will be based on my way of following and adopting God but I strongly believe and a bit of few minutes ponder over other ways in other communities , one may find same or almost similar systems and practices   (in broad overall context) everywhere. 1 2/10/2021 Life – An ant shows the way. Reached hospital at 6:30 morning for cataract surgery of my left eye. I was sitting in Preparatory Room outside hospital's Operation Theatre  waiting for my turn for cataract surgery. Paramedics cleaned and marked the left eye and injected  anesthesia. Suddenly I notice an ant in the center of the room moving here and there on the floor perhaps in search of food. Room was on second floor of the building   and all contained areas within   OT are sanitized and no food is kept in this area. OT area generally has two entry / exit doors & lobbies through which everyone; patient or doctors or staff etc. has to pass, change clothes, leaves shoes,  get sanitized and then enter main area for patient and self-preparation before entering  OT for actual operation.   ‘Nepotism’ remained in hot discussion among TV channels after the sad and untimely demise of a blooming star of Bollywood in Mumbai . The unfortunate incident is now more than a year old. A lot was said about Nepotism in Bollywood and its severe adverse psychological impact on capable and potential struggling aspirants as well on new entering actors from ‘outside’ leaving them in deep depression to any extreme extent. Over a time, millions of viewers have watched the a number of TV anchors apparently emotionally aroused pitch with frothing speech raising many issues on this sad case, the first among them all is ‘Nepotism’ in Bollywood. Case shifted many gears since then . Anyway, this is for so many central and state governmental agencies investigating it to conclude various aspects; ‘Nepotism in Bollywood’ perhaps does not seem among them .
